SUSHI CHEFS
We are looking for a skilled sushi chef to join our team and prepare delectable dishes for our customers.
A Sushi Chef's responsibilities include handling a variety of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock, and working with meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all orders are completed to the highest possible standard.
Hourly rate based on experience: starting from $17 - $24
Responsibilities
Fulfill customer orders.
Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
Maintain hygiene principles in sushi bar area and clean your space at the end of the shift

Sushi chef Helper
Sushi helper is responsible for assisting the sushi chefs in the preparation and production of sushi items for our guests in accordance with company food preparations and service guidelines. Works in front of guests while preparing foods at the sushi bar and ensuring a fun and inviting experience. Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the sushi bar and equipment.
Starting $16 per hour (Based on Experience)
It is not necessary to have prior experience. On-the-job training is available.

KITCHEN STAFF
We are looking for full-time and part-time kitchen workers who enjoy working in the kitchen.
There is no prior experience required.
The majority of our dishes are from the sushi bar, but we will need kitchen staff to prepare cooked items for the sushi bar, as well as some appetizers and entrées.
Kitchen Staff are also responsible for storing ingredients and assisting with food preparation. You should also ensure that the kitchen and storage areas remain clean at all times.

Dishwasher and Prep
The Dishwasher maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen area and ensures that all dishes, utensils, glassware and pots are washed and properly cleaned. The dishwasher also assures that the cleaned inventory of such items is maintained for use in the restaurant. Must have the ability to lift and carry heavy loads.

SERVERS
Seadog Sushi Bar is looking for a reliable and experienced server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a great dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and take their orders
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
Serve food and drinks to customers
Ensure that customers have an enjoyable dining experience
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Clear tables and clean up after customers
Setup/Maintenance: tasks completed prior to the restaurant opening, preferably when no customers are present. These responsibilities include general housekeeping as well as tasks related to getting the restaurant ready for business.
